Grandstream HT701 FAQs
Can I connect a fax machine?
The HT701 has an analog port that a fax machine can plug into, but fax over internet connections is less reliable than voice, and Resonance Telcom does not offer a dedicated fax service. Talk to us before relying on it for fax.
Is the HT701 still supported?
Grandstream has released newer adapters. Check Grandstream for current firmware and support status. If you are replacing the unit, any standards-based SIP ATA can connect to Resonance Telcom.
